For
those who don’t want to pay personal training rates but still want a
great training program, or for
those who prefer training with friends or others, energy to burn offers small group training. This can be a more cost
effective and efficient form of training with a maximum group of 8 to ensure good form is strictly adhered to.
Make your
own group or meet with new people as you get fit.
Our
group training is not just push ups and sit ups. We
won't shout at you but will encourage you to do the best you can. Our
sessions are high intensity (the best way to train) and each
exercise we do is movement based, just like in real life.
Each
participant is screened beforehand as safe exercising, correct
form, and fitness is
our objective. Classes include circuit,
resistance
and core
strength with variety,
form and fun being paramount.
Group
training is suited to people of all fitness levels.
