For
those who prefer training with friends or others, energy to burn offers small group training. This can be a more cost
effective and yet still efficient form of training with a group of
around 4-6
maximum to ensure safety and form are strictly adhered to.
Our
group training is not just push ups and sit ups! Each
participant is screened beforehand as safe exercising and correct
form,
as well as fitness is
our objective.
The
classes includes boxing,
resistance, core strengthening and aerobic exercise, with no two classes
being the same.
Group
training is suited to people of all fitness levels.
